Free Shipping within 7 Days!

We offer a 100% refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge if there is a mistake on our end. This applies to the following:

  • Your item is damaged. If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.
  • You receive the wrong item.

 

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days after receiving them, to exchange it for another item in the store or receive credit from the store only (if items are in perfect condition) . No refunds are offered in these cases. Refunds will only be offered if the product has been received in poor conditions.

If the shipping address you provide us when placing the order is wrong, we do not take responsibility for the product not being delivered correctly.
Please check the confirmation email that we sent to you immediately after placing the order. If you realize that you have made an error when placing the order, please let us know as soon as possible (within 24 hours) to be able to solve the problem. After 24 hours from the completion of the order, the data and information can not be modified.
Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled without inconvenience until 5 days before the 1st of the corresponding shipping month. So, for example, if your next Play Box is due to be shipped on the 1st of May, you can unsuscribe latest on the 25th of March. After this time, the order will be processed automatically and can no longer be canceled after the Play Box is shipped.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to our warehouse in Spain for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Important: If you are shipping an item(s) over €50, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
